This program is a great opportunity if you have an undergraduate degree in business from a recognized Canadian or American university within the last 10 years. Graduates of McMaster University’s Engineering and Management program and Bachelor of Technology* are also able to take advantage of this option.
You will enter the program in the second year of the MBA, where you have the option to decide on a specialization or choose to study business broadly.

The full-time program is 8 months, while the part-time option takes 20 months to complete.
Ideal for anyone with 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
Full-time tuition is $24,000, and part-time tuition is $30,000.

Yes, graduates from McMaster University’s Bachelor of Commerce, Integrated Business and Humanities (IBH), Bachelor of Engineering and Management (BEng Management), or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs can apply with one year of recommended work experience.
Unfortunately, we do not accept degrees from countries outside of Canada or the United States.

If you complete the Accelerated MBA program on a part-time basis, it will take approximately two years. Classes are delivered in-person at our campus in Burlington, Ontario. Your weekly course schedule will ultimately depend on the classes you select.
If you are pursuing the Accelerated MBA full-time, you may be eligible for scholarships and bursaries in September. The requirements for scholarships and bursaries vary, so please read the application instructions carefully prior to applying. Scholarships are not available to students who pursue the Accelerated MBA program on a part-time basis.
The GMAT is currently not required for admission to the Accelerated MBA program, provided you have a competitive GPA. You can view our GPA requirements here.
If you do not meet these GPA requirements, you may want to consider taking the GMAT examination to strengthen your profile during the admissions process.
