Why DeGroote?
I was initially concerned as a student with a science background moving into business that it would prove to be an extremely taxing and difficult transition. However, I since learned that the Co-op program at DeGroote provides a very supportive and welcoming environment for students from different backgrounds. I also find that DeGroote’s implementation of Co-op into their program provides a very beneficial and essential aspect to developing my career
What piece of advice would you give to anyone considering doing their MBA at DeGroote?
If you’re thinking about doing your MBA at DeGroote, here’s some laid-back advice: dive into research mode. Take the time to engage with current students, alumni, and faculty to gain insights into the academic curriculum, experiential learning opportunities, and the overall culture of the school. You wanna know what makes this program tick, right? So, figure out if it vibes with your career goals. Think about how the program can hook you up with resources, connections, and support to smash those goals. And hey, once you’re in, soak up every opportunity to learn, grow, and connect. It’s gonna be a ride!
