What surprised you about DeGroote?
Finding such lovely people. The feeling you have in class is amazing because we all want in a sense the same things. We want to learn, grow and be a better version of ourselves. Doing an MBA at DeGroote is very challenging, but you will find people going through the same struggle as you. MBA Students Ambassadors, Professors, Academic Advisors, Relationship Managers, Alumni, and in general, the DeGroote community, will well-prepared you and support you to go through this journey
What piece of advice would you give to anyone considering doing their MBA at DeGroote?
Be prepared to be challenged, but don’t be afraid! The program is full of commitments including tight deadlines, teamwork, deliverables, networking events, and presentations, but you can definitely do it. Take advantage of every experience and keep in mind that your process is unique!
What has been the highlight of your DeGroote experience so far?
I would say that finding my first job in Canada. Going through the process of applying for jobs and doing interviews was challenging and time-consuming, but I still remember how excited and proud I was when I got my first job offer.
