It has to be the co-op program. I really wanted to gain real-world experience while getting my MBA, I truly think that is the best way to learn.
Why an MBA?
Throughout my life my Grandfather always reminded me that a smart person knows when they don’t know something. Even though I had a business undergraduate degree that prepared me for the business world, I still felt as though there was more I could learn. Having an MBA adds that extra tool I am looking for in my business toolbox.
What surprised you about DeGroote?
What surprised me most about DeGroote was the great social atmosphere. All of the students in my program have really grown close throughout the entirety of the program, building a solid network of trusted friends and colleagues. It is truly one of the best aspects of DeGroote.
What piece of advice would you give to anyone considering doing their MBA at DeGroote?

What has been the highlight of your DeGroote experience so far?
The highlight of my DeGroote experience thus far has been the great group of friends I have made in such a short period of time. It really has elevated my experience inside the classroom and out of the classroom as well!
Aside from being a MBA Student Ambassador, what other extra-curricular activities have you been involved with while at DeGroote?

When I grew up, I really wanted to be a professional NASCAR driver. I guess if my business career doesn’t work out, I have a back up plan!
